It is hard to remember to do these when you don’t feel so good. The great thing is that if you practice them daily, you’ll rarely feel bad. And on top of that, you’ll get in the habit and it will become second nature to you.
Some of the things I mention here as described in the timeline below are things you may have heard before. These are things that I truly do every morning to keep my brain awake and ready to go for the day.
There are a few other things I do invariably which includes a good night’s sleep and exercise. Even if I’m at an event, I still go to bed at a reasonable time so I can get up early enough to exercise beforehand. It’s like a date I keep with myself.
That is another clue, keep your promises to yourself, in other words, stay in alignment with your values. It raises your frequency to maintain integrity, even to yourself.
